Course: CMU 62275 Fundamentals of Computational Design
Duration: 2 week
Generatively designed and modeled an architectural concept into a parametrically adjustable, operable tensile structure canopy stadium. Integrated environmental analyses, specifically sunlight exposure and site orientation, to guide informed design decisions.
Exclusively employed Grasshopper scripting to achieve both formal aesthetics and functional adaptability, enabling rapid iterative stadium design through flexible input parameters such as bay count, horizontal heights, oculus dimensions, angles, and seating configurations. Fine-tuned the entrance gesture by manipulating operation vertices directly within Grasshopper.
